Popular cop drama New Tricks will be stopping traffic in Kings Langley next week as they film scenes in the village.

Drivers on Langley Hill will be stopped to reduce background noise during filming on Wednesday, April 9.

The footage will be used in the new series of the show, due to be screened on BBC1 later this year.

New Tricks stars Alun Armstrong, James Bolam, Amanda Redman and Dennis Waterman as a team of crack detectives.
