Sorry I haven't written anything on here for a while but I've been finding it all a bit of a struggle.
As I was feeling so down, I couldn't muster any enthusiasm for writing because I honestly didn't believe that anyone would be interested in what I had to say.
However, after speaking to a few people and hearing the responses we've been getting sin
ce the update in the paper last week, I'm back!
My weight loss over the past few weeks has been really slow but I haven't given up and I have never put on any weight (so I suppose that's a good thing).
Richie, on the other hand, has lost nearly four stone now and it is really noticeable.
I think I must have been losing inches instead, because I have now gone down three (sometimes four) dress sizes.
I think it's different for girls, Richie knows what weight he wants to be, whereas I'm not too bothered what I weigh, I just want to get into smaller size clothes.
I've had to buy new clothes every couple of weeks, which is great.
It's easy for girls because there are so many shops that do larger sizes so we can grab a pair of jeans for a tenner.
Poor Richie still can't get his clothes in normal shops and its so expensive for him.
Most of his clothes are now too big so we've had to splash out but one pair of jeans still cost £50 so he wont be getting too many!
Still, when he's finished dieting I'm sure he'll enjoy buying loads of new stuff.
I want to thank everyone for their support and to all the people who have already donated money another big thank you.
You can now donate on-line on the justgiving site. You can also leave a comment, which is one of the things that is really boosting me up.
Until next week!
