Things went quite well this week, all things considering.
I've had a bit of a craving for chocolate and cakes (time of the month, I'm sure all you ladies understand).

I've tried to keep within my 'syns' though.

Richie's been really good, he had a couple of pints at the weekend and got scared that h
e wouldn't lose anything, so he was really good the rest of the week.

It's done the trick though because we both lost 4lb.

My daughter hasn't been very well so that was a bit of a strain.

I got her a treacle sponge and custard (which I love) so I found out how many syns were in it and thought I would be able to have a bit.

WRONG!

43 syns! That's nearly three days worth.

Then I thought I'd just have a spoonful, so I did.

I didn't like it, it was too sweet. I never thought I'd say that.

Everything's going really well with the sponsors (thanks again everyone).

I speak to Louise (Shelby's mum) most days and she's fantastic.

She brought Shelby round today because she wanted to meet my dog, so that was nice.

So not only are we doing something worthwhile, but I think I may have found someone that will be a good friend.

Anyway, that's it for now. I'm going to go and eat some Ryvita and pretend that it's cake!

We'd just like to thank anyone that's already sponsored us.
